Since graduation from Guangdong University of Technology in 2010, Mr. Qiu has been practicing in intellectual property law for over eight years. He has prosecuted nearly 500 patent applications in a wide range of technical fields, including telecommunication equipment, optical devices and physics application.

In the meantime, Mr. Qiu has handled the formality rectification response, office action analysis and response drafting for hundreds of foreign patent applications, and therefore, has gained extensive experience in patent prosecution. In addition, Mr. Qiu is responsible for the internal verification of new applications and the training for primary patent attorneys. Through his own experience, he scrutinized the patent applications processed by the primary patent agents carefully, training them to develop their professional skills and ability.
