Mr. He graduated in the Chemical Engineering and Technology Department of China University of Petroleum in 2011. In the same year, he worked as a research and development specialist at the research center of Shanghai Kaidi Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., during which he amplified the research and development of the industrialization of catalysts, translated English documents, and prepared research reports. He was also responsible for drafting and responding to the office actions.

Mr. He has successfully handled a number of technically complex cases and counseled clients on intellectual property matters. Since he joined Chuanmo, he has mainly practiced on patent litigation, trademark litigation, investigation, arbitration, countering unfair competition, custom protection, anti-infringement program design, etc., particularly on foreign patent applications, including PCT patent search and early warning analysis projects.
