Mr. Guo worked for the R&D department of Hong Kong Fuliquan Assets Co., Ltd. for two years, during which he started to study the intellectual property related courses, and passed the patent attorney examination. Now, he continuously assists to file patents applications involving asset information processing systems, data conversion applications, and electronic products and is very familiar with domestic filing procedures.

Now in Chuanmo Mr. Guo focuses his practice on patent application, response to office action, the third party observation.
