Mr. Tang entered the intellectual property industry in 2008 and studied international trademark legal system in Japan in 2011. He has provided intellectual property services for many world-known brands such as Nokia, Casio, and has rich knowledge and practical experience in trademark protection. He has lectured at several domestic and foreign companies and trademark seminars and has an in-depth study on the classification of goods and services in trademark registration. By March 2018, Mr. Tang has proceeded more than 800 trademark matters all over the world, including trademark inquiries, applications, oppositions, requests for reexamination, disputes, cancellations, litigations and other trademark matters.
Mr. Tang is good at handling various intellectual property dispute cases, including but not limited to trademark infringement, unfair competition, etc. He has rich practical experience in the analysis and evaluation of potential risks of trademarks, and is able to provide practical advice to clients.
Moreover, Mr. Tang is one of the managing partners in charge of the firm’s trademark department, leading the team to serve clients at home and abroad and provide a full range of brand protection strategies.
