Ms. Huang, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, is proficient in both English and Korean.

From 2006 to 2010, she worked as a mechanical team leader at Chengdu Shangxin Technology, since then she has been involved in intellectual property industry and focused on foreign patent prosecution.

As one of the few female electro-mechanical technicians, Ms. Huang prefers an industry where more importance should be attached to theory. She explores potential of intellectual property industry in innovative ways and makes progress in practice. She has successfully handled a number of patent prosecution cases. She is also experienced in patent application drafting, office action replying, patent searching and analyzing, patent infringement litigation, non-infringement opinions. Up to December, 2019, she has prosecuted more than 500 patent applications and over 300 OA examinations. Based on her rich experience, she provides follow-up services for domestic and foreign clients.
