Mr. Dai graduated from South China Normal University, with a bachelor and a master's degree of law. Before joining Chuanmo, he worked in a Shanghai intellectual property firm, where he was mainly engaged in foreign trademark prosecution, providing services including trademark search, trademark naming and new application filing. He provides targeted analysis of trademark review, feasibility advice and assessments, and conducts administrative reconsideration for support.
Mr. Dai is good at data analysis and can skillfully use relevant review decisions and court precedents to provide targeted availability assessments and assist clients to collect relevant evidence. Mr. Dai has helped clients to prove the extensive use of trademarks in combination with evidence such as overseas purchase websites, successfully invalidating bad-faith squatting trademark registrations by third parties and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of clients.
Mr. Dai is well aware of clients' need, and he makes overseas trademark filing strategy for clients. Mr. Dai is particularly experienced in Japanese and Korean trademark filings, and has so far submitted more than 300 foreign-related trademarks for domestic and foreign clients.
