Ms. Sun received a master degree in law from Sun Yat-sen University.

With years of intellectual property experience, solid theoretical knowledge and strong skills, Ms. Sun serves as intellectual property counsel for several well-known domestic companies. In her professional career, Ms. Sun has handled a large number of trademark applications and infringement litigation cases. She has extensive experience in intellectual property investigation and evidence collection, litigation, and has successfully assisted clients in handling overseas intellectual property disputes.

In 2013, Ms. Sun went to Japan for further studies on international trademark practice, including but not limited to Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She is able to provide clients with professional foreign-related intellectual property legal opinions and solutions regarding trademark registration, opposition, invalidation, non-use cancellation, well-known trademark identification, anti-unfair competition, domain name registration and d dispute arbitration, etc.

Ms. Sun is proficient in using English as a working language. She has represented Chuanmo in many important intellectual property conferences at home and abroad, such as the AIPPI Annual Conference, BIP Asia, China Intellectual Property Annual Conference, etc. Besides, Ms. Sun was invited to conduct trademark-related business training for domestic and foreign clients.
