Mr. Yang graduated from Jiangsu University in 2008 and worked for Jiangsu Tenghong Technology Co, Ltd and Suzhou Xiaoling National Network Co, Ltd as a brand manager. Since then, he officially entered the intellectual property prosecution area in 2010, focusing on trademark registration disputes, unfair competition and administrative disputes, and specializing in trademark management issues such as trademark consulting and brand strategy.

Mr. Yang has assisted many domestic clients in the identification of well-known trademarks in dispute cases, successfully cracked down on a number of malicious squatting trademarks, and effectively prevented illegal counterfeiting trademarks from registering and selling.
