Daniel Huang is a graduate of Tongji University in Electromechanical Engineering and Automation. He has practiced in a broad spectrum, including preparation and prosecution for patent applications in English, German and Portuguese, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation and patent search. Mr. Huang has been involved in the patent invalidation and infringement lawsuit for an Australian patentee. In addition, he has conducted patent search analysis on novelty patentability for the region’s industry leading company. He has also engaged in Knorr-Bremse’s braking system training course and maintenance technology seminar as well as the traction motor maintenance technology seminar of Siemens.

 

Mr. Huang has profound comprehension of intellectual property law and is proficient in the practice involving domestic and foreign patent applications. He has handled more than 2,000 patent applications and dozens of cases including invalidation and infringement lawsuits. He has extensive experience in patent analysis and portfolio management. Besides, Mr. Huang has organized and attended many training conferences and lectured on intellectual property issues. He is good at introducing patent and trademark knowledge on the basis of case and has won recognitions from students.
