Meanwhile, he has rich experience in trademark and brand management, especially good at handling trademark infringement, counterfeiting and unfair competition. Mr. Liao sets up a professional anti-counterfeiting team, to monitor counterfeiting products online and offline and file custom recordal at home and abroad. So far, Mr. Liao’s team has assisted a well-known sports company to detained and destroy the counterfeiting sports goods, with a cumulative value up to CNY 800,000, effectively protecting the client’s brand value and intellectual property rights, and preventing counterfeiting products from harming public interests.
