Graduated from School of Information Optoelectronics Technology, South China Normal University, Mr. Feng has a broad range of experience in technology development, patent law practicing and patent administration in companies, government institutions and IP law firms. He has processed nearly 300 patent applications (including patents, utility models and designs).Besides, he also handled several patent invalidations and litigations on behalf of a Shenzhen Electronics company.
Meanwhile, Mr. Feng serves as an optional course teacher for intellectual property courses and patent examination in some colleges and universities in Guangdong. With high professional level of intellectual property law, he has been focusing on patents for years. He specializes in patent application, patent invalidation, reexamination and litigation in the fields of electronics, telecommunication and computer science application, and has certain patent attorney training experience, including new applications drafting and OA replying.
